Yes, you can order samples so that you can check the quality, colors and size before you place a larger order. This is especially advantageous if the promotional items are to be used across departments or as part of a longer campaign.
You start by finding inspiration in the collection and selecting the products that match your needs. Then you contact us, and we take it from there.
The process is typical: 1) Contact us, 2) You receive a quote/design, 3) Your order is put into production, 4) You receive your delivery.
The delivery time depends on the product. You can always see the production time on the individual product pages, and it indicates the estimated time to produce the items.
Typical production time is: Stock items: 1 day. Special production: 2-22 days delivery time. Once the order has been produced and shipped, you can usually expect a delivery time of 1-2 business days. We can often prioritize production by agreement if it is urgent.
Standard shipping price starts from 49.00 DKK ex. VAT. Free shipping can be agreed for large orders.
You can also pick up your items at PromoX during opening hours or by agreement, if possible.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. However, there are exceptions, and items that are tailor-made or personalized (e.g. with printing) cannot be returned.
In addition, returns are not accepted if the packaging is broken. If you wish to return an item, you must first submit your request for a return and follow the described return process.
