This makes it easier to hit the right mix of “fun”, “practical” and “brandable” – without it becoming complex.

The delivery time depends on the products you choose. You can always see the production time on the individual product pages, and the production time is the estimated time to produce the goods.

As a typical rule of thumb, production time for stock items is 1 day, and special production is typically 2-22 days. Once the order has been produced and shipped, you can usually expect 1-2 business days of delivery.

Shipping starts as standard from DKK 49.00 ex. VAT. Free shipping can be agreed for large orders.

It is also possible to pick up at PromoX during opening hours or by appointment, if possible.

As a consumer, you basically have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. However, there are exceptions.

PromoX does not accept returns of items that are customized or personalized (e.g. with printing). In addition, returns are not accepted if the packaging is broken.
