Below you can read more about the shipping and delivery options you have when you shop at PromoX.

How long can I expect delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the products you purchase. You can always see the production time for the products in question on the individual product pages. The production time indicates the estimated time it takes to produce the products, so it is possible that the products will be delivered faster than the stated time. In addition, we offer a delivery guarantee. You can read more about our delivery guarantee here.

Stock items: 1 day

Special production: 2-22 days delivery time

Large production and orders: Call for more information

NB: We can often prioritize the production of your order by agreement.

Once we have produced and shipped your order, you can expect a delivery time of 1-2 business days. GLS delivers to parcel shops every business day and on Saturdays, if the parcel shop is open on Saturdays. GLS also delivers to home addresses on weekdays. The delivery time is typically between 07 and 16.

Storage time in a parcel shop

When your package is delivered to a parcel shop, you have 7 days to pick it up. After this period, the package will be sent back to us.

If you cannot be home when the package is delivered, we offer GLS DepositService, which makes it possible for you to receive packages even if you are not at the address. In certain cases, GLS can also redeliver the package to your original recipient address. We recommend that you always keep an eye on GLS' operational status and distribution plans, as changes may occur.

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping price from DKK 49.00 ex. VAT.

Is free shipping possible?

Yes, but only for large orders by appointment.

Is it possible to pick up at PromoX?

Yes, you have the opportunity to pick up your goods from us during our normal opening hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by appointment, if possible. Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
