General Information

Your satisfaction is very important to us at PromoX. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow this policy for returning goods.

Right to Cancel

According to §17 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel an agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Section 18 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, there are certain exceptions to your right to withdraw from the purchase. PromoX does not accept returns of goods that are tailor-made or personalized. This applies, for example, to printed paper wristbands. We also do not accept returns of goods if the packaging is broken.

Returns process

If you wish to return an item, you must first submit your request to return your package. This must be done to ensure that you receive fair treatment and that we have the necessary information to assist you further. Once we have received your application, you can contact customer service to expedite the process. Customer service will process your application and provide you with detailed instructions on the return process if your application meets the requirements for return.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Exchange of Items

In the event of defects or defects, you have the right, according to sections 75-79 of the Danish Sales Act, to have the product exchanged, get your money back or receive a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
